An intensive, cohort-based training experience for current or incoming Designated Managers to develop audit-ready documentation, lead with confidence, and implement 245D standards through hands-on learning and peer coaching.

Cost: $75 per session

A peer-supported forum where DCs can problem-solve real cases, review outcome tracking, and strengthen their implementation of support plans and individual documentation.

Stay current on changes to DHS regulations, 245D requirements, and provider updates while participating in live Q&A with the C.A. Ellis team.

This working session is designed to prepare providers for annual or unannounced licensing reviews. We walk through real-life correction orders, audit trends, and help you assess your current files, documentation, and staffing requirements.

You’ll leave with a licensing checklist, tips for organizing documentation by regulation, and an understanding of how to interpret licensing requirements.

A quarterly collaborative space for Designated Managers to enhance oversight, staffing supervision, and audit preparedness.

Peer-led sessions for Designated Coordinators to strengthen service coordination, outcome implementation, and documentation skills.

An open forum for providers to receive updates, ask questions, and align on compliance trends and state expectations.

A foundational track for recently licensed providers to navigate start-up tasks, staffing, and required documentation with confidence.

An in-person or hybrid event for providers to build relationships, exchange resources, and strengthen their professional network. 

A fast-paced session focused on preparing for licensing reviews through real-life documentation coaching and mock compliance checks.

Focused training on writing, reviewing, and tracking measurable support plan outcomes across all service types. 

A guided self-audit and discussion space for providers to track internal progress and address questions in real time.

A short-format educational session highlighting rotating topics like incident reporting, staffing supervision, or intake success tips.
